About the Role
HubSpot is hiring a full-time Senior Product Designer II, Customer Journey - Platform to join our innovative team. What You'll Do
- Lead the design process for customer journey projects, ensuring user-centric solutions that align with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and marketing to create seamless user experiences.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and validate design decisions.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate design concepts.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to the overall design culture at HubSpot.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience in user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of interaction design principles and user-centered design.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience in B2B SaaS product design.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
