Senior Product Designer - FinTech Focus

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior Product Designer to join our team at Qashio. This Senior Product Designer remote role is pivotal in creating thoughtful, high-impact product experiences. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to solve real user challenges and deliver polished, scalable design solutions in a rapidly growing environment.

What You'll Do

• Own end-to-end design for core product initiatives.
• Scope, prioritize, and deliver design work in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align on problems and solutions.
• Make product design decisions using user research, data, and design best practices.
• Design intuitive, scalable user experiences with a strong UX and UI foundation.
• Contribute to and evolve our design system and internal design processes.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product design experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UX and UI for web and mobile applications.
• Experience working in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders.
• High sense of ownership and accountability for outcomes and product quality.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across cross-functional teams.
• Proficient in Figma and experienced with design systems.
• MUST have experience in fintech or B2B products.

Nice to Have

• Experience with user research methodologies.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards in design.
