About the Role

Join Crypto.com as a Senior Product Designer to lead the design direction for our Exchange platform. This Senior Product Designer remote role is pivotal in shaping user experiences across our web and mobile applications. You’ll collaborate with a talented team of designers and product managers to create high-quality designs that enhance our product offerings.

What You'll Do

• Lead a team of designers, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality design outputs.
• Create innovative designs that communicate product and feature directions effectively.
• Collaborate with product managers to establish timelines and priorities for feature delivery.
• Foster a positive design environment that encourages growth and creativity among team members.
• Conduct user research activities, including interviews and usability tests, to inform design decisions.
• Present design direction and rationale to various teams, ensuring alignment with the overall vision.
• Actively engage with the Exchange platform, identifying design and product issues to address.
• Share your expertise in design to mentor and train other designers on the team.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a top-tier trading team, with a strong understanding of trading.
• Exceptional knowledge of design principles and a solid portfolio showcasing your work in digital products.
• Experience designing B2C digital products for international audiences.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design and user experience principles.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver quality products at scale.
• Proven experience in developing and coaching design teams.
• Strong creative vision and leadership skills, with the ability to execute ideas effectively.
• A portfolio is required for consideration.
