Senior Product Designer - Digital Assets (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Product Designer - Digital Assets (Remote) to join our innovative team at Anchorage Digital. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the future of finance by redefining how institutions interact with digital assets across custody, banking, trading, and settlement products. As a Senior Product Designer, you will develop a deep understanding of our products and the unique challenges faced by our institutional users, creating solutions that blend traditional financial workflows with the evolving world of crypto.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to conduct research and engage with customers, exploring a broad range of solutions and narrowing down to the best designs.
• Lead large, strategic projects that address complex and ambiguous problems, applying conceptual thinking to understand issues and their implications.
• Design holistic and modular systems that enhance efficiency and effectiveness in our product offerings.
• Communicate complex design issues clearly across various audiences, using storytelling to engage stakeholders and promote a shared understanding of our vision.
• Take ownership of the design process, articulating decisions that deliver both user and business value.
• Mentor and guide other designers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in designing complex enterprise products, with a strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design work.
• Knowledge of financial and crypto products, with the ability to define strategies and solve challenges across iOS and Web platforms.
• Proficiency in design tools and methodologies, including sketching, flow diagrams, and prototyping.
• Excellent communication skills, with proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments.
• Experience partnering with product managers and engineers to develop product features.

Nice to Have

• Experience designing for the crypto or finance space, particularly for institutional users.
• Familiarity with creating usable, accessible modular designs that can scale.
