As a Senior Product Designer remote, you will focus on our latest initiative, Superhuman Go, a proactive AI agent that enhances user experiences in enterprise and chat environments.

What You'll Do

• Design end-to-end product experiences for Superhuman Go, focusing on user and administrative workflows.
• Shape interactions between AI agents and users within chat-based and embedded product environments.
• Translate complex AI capabilities into clear, trustworthy, and intuitive interfaces.
• Design scalable experiences that support enterprise-level deployment and administration.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and leadership to define product direction.
• Create high-quality interaction, visual, and systems design that reflects a strong level of craft.
• Explore new interaction paradigms for AI-native products and agent-based workflows.
• Contribute to product strategy by identifying opportunities where AI can improve user productivity.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, with a focus on AI-driven products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design processes and outcomes.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience in designing for enterprise applications and understanding user workflows.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design decisions and rationale.
• Passion for creating intuitive and user-friendly product experiences.
