About the Role

We're excited to announce an opening for a Director of Product Marketing - remote position at Topsort! As a rapidly growing company, we are on a mission to democratize monetization access and create a privacy-first advertising world. This role is pivotal in shaping our market narrative and positioning as we scale.

What You'll Do

  • Define and refine Topsort’s market narrative, articulating our innovative approach to advertising.
  • Own competitive positioning frameworks and create structured battlecards to enhance sales enablement.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies for new product features, translating functionality into revenue impact.
  • Create high-quality pitch narratives and develop executive-level messaging frameworks.
  • Define target verticals and align messaging by region to clarify our competitive advantages.

Requirements

  • 7–12+ years in B2B SaaS or ad tech product marketing.
  • Experience scaling from 10–20M ARR toward 100M+ ARR.
  • Strong commercial instincts and comfort in debating positioning at the executive level.
  • Able to simplify complex infrastructure concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Analytical mindset to collaborate effectively with RevOps and Sales teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in retail media, ad tech, marketplaces, or infrastructure.
  • Background in defining new categories or subcategories.
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales teams globally.
