Senior Partner Marketing Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to join our team at Cloudflare. This remote position offers you the chance to lead strategic initiatives that drive partner-led growth through our influential National Partners and Distribution ecosystem. You will be instrumental in helping us achieve our mission to build a better Internet.

What You'll Do

• Program manage our Partner Forums, facilitating sales and technical series to elevate partner engineers from awareness to advocacy.
• Own the marketing roadmap for a select portfolio of National Partners and Distributors, ensuring alignment with regional sales quotas and Cloudflare’s global brand.
• Design innovative "Marketing-to-Partner" initiatives, including sales incentives and SPIFFs, to keep Cloudflare top-of-mind for partner account managers.
• Collaborate with partners to develop compelling joint value propositions that resonate with modern IT and Security buyers.
• Manage a diverse portfolio of activities, from high-touch executive roundtables to automated digital demand generation.
• Strategically manage the Market Development Fund to ensure high-velocity, measurable ROI from partner programs.
• Utilize Salesforce to track lead flow and manage attribution, acting as the source of truth for partner-led ROI.
• Align closely with Channel Sales Leaders and Field Marketing to ensure seamless program execution and lead follow-up.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in Partner Marketing, with a proven track record of managing National Partners and Distributors.
• Expertise in developing scalable, programmatic marketing frameworks that drive demand across partner ecosystems.
• Deep understanding of the SaaS, Cybersecurity, or Networking sectors, with knowledge of the channel landscape.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable insights and strategic pivots.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• A self-starter who thrives in high-velocity, high-growth environments.

Nice to Have

• Proficiency in Marketing Automation platforms like Marketo or HubSpot.
• Experience designing scalable partner marketing plays targeted toward commercial and mid-market segments.
• Ability to create high-quality sales and marketing collateral.
