About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Producer to join our growing CGI/VFX/Ai studio. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual who can manage multiple projects from initial brief to final delivery while ensuring excellent service and communication. As a Senior Producer, you will play a crucial role in our team, working with high-profile clients such as Ozon, Yandex, Nike, Dior, and Netflix. This Senior Producer position offers the flexibility of hybrid work, allowing you to enjoy the comfort of our cozy office in Moscow while also having the option to work remotely.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee project teams, facilitating communication and collaboration to achieve project goals.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.
• Utilize your extensive knowledge of the production pipeline to streamline processes and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in CG/Ai/VFX production.
• Strong understanding of the production pipeline and project management methodologies.
• Experience working with large clients and managing complex projects.
• Exceptional multitasking skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for the industry and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.
