As a Senior Procurement Partner, you will engage in strategic sourcing and procurement activities that are essential for driving our advanced hardware programs. What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Commodity Management team to refine sourcing strategies for electronics and structural components.
  • Review engineering drawings and BOMs to create structured RFQ and RFP packages for PCBAs, electronic assemblies, and machined components.
  • Conduct comprehensive cost analysis and benchmark comparisons to support supplier negotiations.
  • Evaluate supplier capabilities and identify sourcing risks to ensure alignment with forecasted demand.
  • Monitor delivery performance and proactively manage supply or quality risks.
  • Ensure compliance with quality, regulatory, and export requirements throughout the sourcing process.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in direct materials procurement or strategic sourcing within electronics or structural manufacturing.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and BOM structures effectively.
  • Experience in supplier negotiations and familiarity with MRP or ERP systems.
  • Strong cross-functional communication skills and stakeholder alignment capabilities.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in commodity management or category management structures.
  • Background in electronics manufacturing services, PCBA, or structural fabrication sourcing.
  • Demonstrated expertise in cost analysis and value engineering.
