About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Performance & Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at Cambly. This role is focused on driving growth across APAC markets, particularly in Korea and Japan. As a Senior Performance & Influencer Marketing Specialist (remote), you will leverage your analytical skills and marketing expertise to manage paid acquisition campaigns and foster influencer partnerships.

What You'll Do

  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, and regional channels such as Naver and Kakao.
  • Monitor daily performance metrics to enhance customer acquisition cost (CAC), conversions, and overall marketing efficiency.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to test new creatives, audiences, and platforms.
  • Support global campaign execution and adhere to launch calendars.
  • Create comprehensive monthly campaign reports and conduct creative analysis.
  • Provide insights for growth forecasting and budget planning to optimize future campaigns.
  • Identify and manage influencer partnerships that resonate with target audiences.
  • Negotiate contracts and plan influencer campaigns on platforms like Instagram and YouTube.
  • Maintain strong relationships with creators and agencies to ensure successful campaign execution.
  • Work cross-functionally with Brand, Creative, Social, and Paid Media teams to ensure culturally relevant campaigns.
  • Stay informed on market trends, platform updates, and competitive activities.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, influencer marketing, or digital marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta platforms.
  • Proven track record managing influencer campaigns from inception to completion.
  • Strong analytical skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent organization and project management abilities.
  • Native Korean speaker with fluency in English.
  • Understanding of the Korean digital ads and influencer marketing landscape.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with APAC platforms like Naver, Kakao, and Yahoo Japan.
  • Experience working with influencers across multiple markets.
  • Basic proficiency in Japanese.
  • Familiarity with influencer or analytics platforms.
