As a Senior Pega Engineer, you will leverage your extensive experience to design and implement scalable BPM solutions, collaborating closely with product, business, and engineering teams. What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and development of complex Pega PRPC 8.x+ applications.
  • Provide architectural guidance and effort estimations for project planning.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality standards.
  • Drive integration design with enterprise systems, ensuring seamless functionality.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve high-complexity technical issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Agile ceremonies and delivery execution.
  • Mentor junior developers, fostering their growth and development within the team.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of hands-on experience with Pega PRPC (8.x or higher).
  • Strong expertise across all Pega platform modules and proven experience in Pega solution architecture.
  • Extensive experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
  • Technical proficiency in Java, .NET, PowerShell, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and XML.
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, and message queues for integration.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise application architectures and advanced debugging skills.

  • Pega certification (PCSSA or higher).
