Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in customer success management, specifically within the payroll or HR tech industry.
- Strong understanding of payroll operations, global payroll best practices, and compliance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to build relationships.
- Proficiency in payroll software and tools, including SAP and Excel.
- Experience in B2B SaaS environments is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to mentor junior team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively.
