About the Role

We are seeking a Senior MS Dynamics Architect to join our team remotely. As a key player at SingleStone, you will lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions, focusing on scalable and user-centered architecture. What You'll Do

  • Lead the architecture and design of Dynamics 365 solutions, ensuring they are reliable and intuitive.

  • Deliver impactful CRM platforms that provide long-term value and enhance user experience.
  • Adapt to evolving client requirements and navigate ambiguous environments with confidence.
  • Explore new capabilities within Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform to unlock additional value for clients.
  • Architect maintainable and scalable solutions while upholding security and data governance best practices.
  • Coach and guide team members to elevate technical delivery and foster a collaborative environment.
  • Communicate complex CRM concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, including architecture, configuration, customization, and integration.
  • Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 modules, particularly in Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights.
  • Proven ability to lead enterprise CRM projects and implement best practices.
  • Excellent communication and consulting skills, engaging effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with the Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) and Azure services.
  • A collaborative mindset with a strong drive to learn and grow in the field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in Field Service solutions within Dynamics 365.
  • Knowledge of data modeling and CRM integrations.
  • Previous experience in coaching or mentoring team members.
