About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Motion Designer / Creative Lead - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Lead the design and execution of motion graphics and animations for various digital media.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging visual content that aligns with project goals.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance on best practices in motion design and animation.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Figma to create high-quality visual assets.
• Oversee the entire creative process from concept to final delivery, ensuring consistency and quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Motion Designer or in a similar creative role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your motion design work and creative projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, After Effects, and Figma.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Experience in leading creative projects and mentoring junior designers.

Nice to Have

• Experience in video editing and graphic design.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles.
• Familiarity with mobile marketing and digital experience design.
