About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Mobile Software Engineer to join our innovative team and help build a greenfield platform. This Senior Mobile Software Engineer remote position offers you the chance to lead the development of a brand-new mobile platform from scratch, leveraging your expertise in mobile and backend technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the design and development of mobile features using Flutter/Dart.
  • Architect and implement backend services using NestJS, Node.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Mentor mid-level engineers through code reviews and technical guidance.
  • Influence engineering standards and best practices across the team.
  • Collaborate closely with product, UX, QA, and DevOps in a fast-paced environment.
  • Contribute across the stack—mobile, backend, cloud, APIs, integrations—to establish a strong technical foundation for the platform.

Requirements

  • 5–7 years of professional mobile development experience, including Flutter/Dart.
  • Proven full-stack engineering experience across mobile and backend systems.
  • Strong backend capabilities in NestJS, Node.js, PostgreSQL, microservices architecture, and API design.
  • Experience mentoring or technically guiding engineers.
  • Prior exposure to greenfield product development and startup environments.
  • Comfort working in a collaborative, remote-first setting.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with cloud services and modern development tools.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
