About the Role

We are seeking a Learning and Development Manager to join our team at the Motability Foundation. This remote position offers the opportunity to lead our Learning and Development department, ensuring that our team delivers an outstanding beneficiary experience. You will play a critical role in shaping the future of our organization by developing effective training programs and quality assurance processes.

What You'll Do

  • Lead a department of learning and development specialists, inspiring them to provide industry-leading L&D interventions and solutions.
  • Own various projects that align with the Foundation's strategic goals and objectives.
  • Utilize feedback and management reporting to identify areas for improvement in the beneficiary and colleague experience.
  • Develop technology-based solutions to enhance understanding of the beneficiary experience and tailor coaching and training accordingly.
  • Oversee the Training Team to design, deliver, facilitate, and evaluate effective training and development solutions.
  • Manage the Quality and Coaching team to ensure high levels of customer service through quality monitoring and coaching.
  • Supervise knowledge specialists to maintain and govern internal and external knowledge sharing tools.
  • Design and deliver management and leadership development solutions organization-wide.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience leading a learning and development team in a customer-centered organization.
  • Experience in all four elements of the learning cycle.
  • Proven experience in designing and delivering Management and Leadership development programs.
  • Skilled in coaching and facilitation.
  • Strong stakeholder management and board-level reporting experience.
  • Project management experience.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of information management.
  • Experience with LMS implementation.
  • E-learning design skills (Articulate 360/Adobe Creative/Canva).
  • Insights Discovery or similar Practitioner certification.
