Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.
- 5+ years of experience in medical underwriting or clinical risk management.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare plans, claims analysis, and underwriting strategy.
- Proficient in data analysis and financial projections related to underwriting.
- Excellent leadership and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing a team effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Experience with regulatory compliance and clinical research is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Certification in medical underwriting or related field.
