Senior Marketing Manager - Healthcare Industry

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join CUHK Medical Centre in Hong Kong. This Senior Marketing Manager remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead integrated marketing strategies and campaigns that expand market reach and drive product usage in the healthcare sector.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies, go-to-market plans, and end-to-end campaigns across business units.
• Ensure accurate and effective campaign execution, continuously monitoring performance, analyzing results, and recommending enhancements.
• Manage marketing budgets and business reports for assigned projects to ensure cost efficiency and optimal resource allocation.
• Design and implement creative, content-focused, and unconventional marketing initiatives to support business growth and strengthen brand visibility.
• Leverage media networks and support brand marketing, PR, events, and communication programs within the hospital.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats, providing insights that support strategic decision-making.
• Identify new market opportunities and develop actionable recommendations and proposals for growth tailored to customer needs.
• Coach and supervise subordinates while undertaking other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• At least 8 years of experience in the marketing field, with at least 5 years in managerial positions in sizable organizations.
• Strong knowledge and experience in the healthcare industry is a definite advantage.
• Creative and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for growth and non-traditional marketing approaches.

Nice to Have

• Experience in digital marketing and social media strategies.
• Familiarity with data analytics tools and CRM systems.
• Proficiency in multiple languages.
