Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Marketing Analytics Specialist to join our innovative team at Brainsome. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and data-driven strategies in the dynamic field of online customer acquisition. You will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing analytics efforts and driving insights that impact our campaigns across various platforms.

What You'll Do

• Define metric and data mart requirements in collaboration with data engineers, and build and enhance dashboards using Redash and other BI tools.
• Provide weekly insights on campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snap, identifying growth opportunities and suggesting improvements.
• Design and conduct A/B tests, validate statistical significance, and interpret results to inform marketing strategies.
• Create complex reports in Google Sheets, utilizing formulas, pivot tables, and automation to maintain a unified logic for metrics.
• Monitor data quality and tracking, investigating discrepancies and setting up alerts in collaboration with engineers.
• Contribute to KPI development, media planning, and unit economics modeling to optimize marketing performance.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance or marketing analytics.
• Proficient in SQL, with experience in ClickHouse preferred.
• Experience working with Data Warehouses (DWH).
• Advanced skills in Google Sheets.
• Understanding of event tracking, including GTM/pixels; experience with CAPI/S2S is a bonus.
• Experience in A/B testing and statistical analysis.
• Familiarity with analyzing Meta, TikTok, Google, and Snap channels.

Nice to Have

• Knowledge of Python (pandas) and BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
• Experience with marketing mix modeling (MMM) and custom attribution models.
• Familiarity with APIs from Meta, TikTok, and Google.
