Senior Manager of Implementation Success - Remote

About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager of Implementation Success - Remote to join New Classrooms Innovation Partners, an education nonprofit organization dedicated to transforming K-12 education through innovative learning models and digital solutions. As a Senior Manager of Implementation Success, you will lead successful program implementations and foster relationships with school partners, ensuring that each student receives a tailored educational experience. This role is fully remote, allowing you to work flexibly while making a significant impact in the education sector.

What You'll Do

• Lead successful program implementations and foster relationships with school partners.
• Utilize data insights to guide instruction and promote equitable learning opportunities.
• Prepare data reports and visual presentations for schools and districts.
• Support onboarding and rollout for new partners to ensure smooth adoption.
• Manage 10-20 single-school accounts and provide hands-on support.
• Conduct school visits and coaching sessions to strengthen implementation quality.
• Lead special projects that advance the Program Success team’s goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive partner experience.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in K–12 education, edtech, or a related field.
• Experience working in schools, ideally as a teacher or instructional coach.
• Strong ability to analyze and communicate data effectively.
• Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and data visualization tools.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Commitment to equity and supporting educators in improving student outcomes.

• Experience with educational technology tools and platforms.
• Knowledge of best practices in K-12 education reform.
• Experience in training and mentoring educators.
