About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Operations to join our team at CSC Generation. This remote position offers an exciting opportunity to lead the planning authority for our Integrated Marketing Team (IMT). You will play a pivotal role in translating enterprise strategy into executable, financially sound marketing plans, ensuring that our marketing efforts align with our business goals.

What You'll Do

  • Lead quarterly and monthly marketing planning cycles, ensuring that all marketing operations are strategically aligned.
  • Translate high-level strategy into sequenced, scoped marketing plans that are actionable and feasible.
  • Establish prioritization frameworks and define levels of effort for various marketing initiatives.
  • Surface trade-offs and feasibility risks early in the planning process to ensure smooth execution.
  • Own accountability for the final marketing plan, ensuring it aligns with financial and capacity governance.
  • Consolidate inputs across various departments, including Integrated Marketing, Channels, Merchandising, Stores, and Digital.
  • Provide visibility across concurrent initiatives to prevent conflicts and ensure seamless execution.
  • Escalate unresolved conflicts to VP/SVP when necessary to maintain alignment and focus.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in marketing operations, portfolio planning, or integrated marketing strategy.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in forecasting and budget management.
  • Ability to operate strategically while managing operational details effectively.
  • Prior people management experience is preferred.
  • Experience partnering with creative and production teams to align planning with execution.
