About the Role

Toast is hiring a full-time Senior Manager, Enablement Project Management to join our dynamic team. This Senior Manager, Enablement Project Management remote position offers the opportunity to lead and manage key projects that drive our enablement initiatives across the organization. You will play a critical role in enhancing our operational efficiency and ensuring that our teams are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to succeed.

What You'll Do

• Lead the planning and execution of enablement projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliverables.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Implement best practices in project management to enhance team productivity and effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Proven track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Certification in project management (PMP, Agile, etc.)
• Experience in enablement or training initiatives.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
