About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, Data Science & Analytics to join Zeta Global in a fully remote capacity. In this role, you will leverage your extensive experience to drive data-driven marketing strategies that enhance client engagement and optimize customer acquisition efforts. As a key player in our ZX Activation division, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver actionable insights that empower our clients to achieve their marketing goals.

What You'll Do

  • Define and implement a clear analytics vision that aligns with client engagement and media performance.
  • Champion a data-driven culture by embedding analytics into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
  • Lead the development of measurement frameworks tailored to client objectives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Translate complex data into actionable insights, identifying performance drivers and crafting compelling narratives.
  • Establish robust testing frameworks that are statistically valid and operationally scalable.
  • Deliver actionable insights rooted in analytics and business strategy to drive confidence and alignment.
  • Utilize advanced analytics to quantify marketing impact and ROI, addressing performance irregularities.
  • Implement A/B and multivariate testing protocols to optimize campaigns and maximize impact.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Analytics, Management Science, MIS, or similar quantitative disciplines.
  • 8+ years of experience in analytics and marketing measurement, with a strong focus on email marketing.
  • Expertise in advanced analytics tools and Business Intelligence tools.
  • Proven experience designing and scaling experiments in a digital environment.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and clients.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a client-facing role, particularly in marketing analytics.
  • Familiarity with machine learning techniques.
  • Knowledge of data visualization tools.
