About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Manager, AI and Leadership Enablement - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement AI-driven leadership enablement strategies that align with organizational goals.

  • Utilize data-driven decision-making to assess the effectiveness of training initiatives and make improvements.

  • Oversee the budgeting and financial planning for leadership development initiatives, ensuring alignment with market benchmarking and compensation strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership development, AI enablement, or related fields.
  • Proven track record in program management and employee engagement strategies.
  • Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application in organizational development.
  • Excellent facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience in financial modeling and compensation strategy development.
