What You'll Do
- Lead the evolution of our Machine Learning platform, ensuring high quality, governance, and scalability of models used across various bank areas.
- Critically analyze internal tools and provide consultative improvements.
- Oversee the observability of ML models, suggesting metrics for more efficient monitoring.
- Review code quality for deployments and act as a reference point for internal platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the performance and reliability of machine learning solutions.
Requirements
- Solid experience in ML engineering, MLOps, or Data Engineering applied to production models.
- Strong proficiency in Python and ML/data science libraries.
- Experience with distributed platforms, preferably Databricks/Spark.
- Ability to work in a remote environment and contribute to a diverse team.
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement in machine learning practices.
Nice to Have
- Experience in financial services or banking.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance standards.
