We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Mid-Market Project Manager (French Speaking) remote to join our dynamic team at Deel. In this role, you will manage the onboarding experience for our mid-market clients, ensuring a seamless implementation of Deel’s platform and services.

What You'll Do

• Manage end-to-end onboarding projects for mid-market clients, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, facilitating effective communication.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to align on project goals and timelines.
• Communicate effectively with French-speaking clients and stakeholders to ensure clarity and satisfaction.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle to enhance client experience.
• Drive continuous improvement in onboarding processes, leveraging feedback to enhance service delivery.

Requirements

• Fluency in French and English is required for this Project Manager remote role.
• 2-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in a SaaS environment.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on client engagement.
• Experience with project management tools and methodologies.

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Experience working in a remote team environment.
• Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
