About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team remotely. With over 500 million downloads and 80 million monthly users, Flo Health is the world’s leading health and fitness app dedicated to improving female health. As a Senior Growth Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving subscriptions and enhancing user engagement through innovative marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to drive revenue growth for subscription-based products and services.
  • Identify target audience segments based on demographics, behavior, and preferences to create personalized marketing campaigns.
  • Continuously analyze and optimize the customer journey to improve conversion rates at each stage of the funnel.
  • Implement A/B testing and other conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques to drive incremental improvements.
  • Develop and execute strategies to reduce churn and increase subscriber retention.
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue.
  • Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance marketing effectiveness.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams, product, design, and other cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a Growth Marketing or CRM role, with a focus on lifecycle marketing and win-back strategies.
  • Proven experience in subscription-based business models with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Expertise in in-app, mobile, and email channels, particularly in push notification strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities.
  • Passion for female health and well-being, with a user-first mentality.

Nice to Have

  • B2C experience and familiarity with health technology.
  • Strong understanding of cultural dynamics related to female health and well-being brands.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
