About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Java Engineer - AI Training Content Review and Development to join our team. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your Java expertise to enhance AI models through rigorous content review and development.

What You'll Do

  • Review AI-generated Java code, architectural solutions, and technical explanations.
  • Generate high-quality reference implementations and reasoning steps.
  • Assess solutions for accuracy, clarity, and adherence to the prompt.
  • Identify errors in logic, performance, or design.
  • Fact-check technical information and write clear technical explanations.
  • Rate and compare multiple AI responses based on correctness and reasoning quality.
  • Collaborate with a team to develop AI training content and optimize AI performance.
  • Test AI models for potential inaccuracies or biases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a closely related technical field.
  • 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, particularly in Java.
  • Deep understanding of core Java, concurrency primitives, and the Java Collections Framework.
  • Extensive experience with Spring or Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservice architectures.
  • Strong grasp of software design principles and performance optimization in distributed Java systems.
  • Minimum C1 English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Experience with modern engineering tools such as Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting thorough code reviews and providing constructive feedback.

Nice to Have

  • Previous experience with AI data training, annotation, or evaluating AI-generated technical content.
