About the Role

Join Support Adventure as a Senior IT Support Engineer in a fully remote capacity. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while providing top-notch technical support to our international clients. As a Senior IT Support Engineer, you'll be part of a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service and resolving complex technical issues.

What You'll Do

  • Provide advanced remote desktop support for Windows 10/11 and macOS.
  • Administer and deploy Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online and Teams.
  • Manage Windows Server environments and Active Directory configurations.
  • Utilize virtualization technologies such as Azure and AWS for cloud migrations.
  • Troubleshoot network issues and implement cloud-based networking solutions.
  • Work with RMM and ticketing systems in a fast-paced MSP environment.
  • Implement backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity.
  • Document technical processes and provide clear explanations to non-technical users.

Requirements

  • Hands-on experience with advanced remote desktop support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 administration and Windows Server management.
  • Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies and network troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills in Business English, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to present technical information in an easily understandable manner.
  • Experience with scripting or automation tools is a plus.
  • Attention to detail and strong documentation habits.
  • Passion for customer service and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with backup solutions like Datto or Veeam.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ConnectWise or Autotask.
  • Knowledge of cloud networking solutions like Cisco Meraki.
