About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Information Systems Analyst to join our team at the Defense Information Systems Agency. This Senior Information Systems Analyst remote position plays a crucial role in supporting the mission of the US Cyber Command. You will apply analytical processes to the planning, design, and implementation of new and improved information systems to meet the business requirements of customer organizations.

What You'll Do

  • Provide technical support and guidance to staff on information management issues that impact the entire organization.
  • Perform needs analyses to identify opportunities for new or improved business process solutions.
  • Consult with customers to define and specify requirements, developing overall functional and systems specifications.
  • Manage specialized systems software technology, including database management and life cycle development systems.
  • Offer technical advice to multiple agencies on automated data processing policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
  • Experience in reviewing IT-related work for accuracy and completeness.
  • Proven ability to maintain relationships with customers and assess their IT needs.
  • Strong oral communication skills for briefing management and IT staff.
  • Experience in problem-solving complex IT-related issues by gathering and applying information.

  • Experience serving as a liaison with external partners.
  • Ability to present information on products or services to stakeholders.
  • Experience documenting customer requirements for senior leadership.
