Senior HR Business Partner - Remote Role for Growth-Focused Company
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner - Remote to join our dynamic team at Jobgether. In this pivotal role, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Revenue and Marketing organizations, addressing critical organizational design and enhancing leadership capabilities during a phase of rapid growth and operational refinement.
What You'll Do
- Act as a thought partner to Revenue & Marketing leaders on scaling, organizational structure, role clarity, and team effectiveness.
- Identify talent gaps, succession risks, and opportunities to enhance leadership behaviors.
- Coach managers in Sales, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Marketing on feedback, performance management, and decision-making.
- Build leadership capability using the company's Leadership Rubric.
- Diagnose team dynamics and drive interventions that improve execution and trust.
- Enable high-quality communication and collaboration across teams.
- Lead calibration cycles, talent assessments, performance processes, and compensation cycles.
- Partner with leaders on implementing new systems, processes, and cultural expectations as we scale.
Requirements
- 6-10+ years in an HRBP role supporting technical teams in high-growth SaaS or product-driven companies.
- Strong ability to influence without authority and build trust with senior leaders.
- Experience diagnosing organizational issues and designing interventions that improve execution.
- Deep coaching experience with managers and senior individual contributors.
- Ability to quickly understand GTM environments and how sales and customer-facing teams operate.
- High judgment, calm communication, and a bias toward action over theatrics.
