About the Role

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join OBRIO, a leading IT company in the Genesis ecosystem. As a Senior HR Business Partner remote, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our team, scaling our product, and influencing the workplace experience of our employees. You will work closely with Diana Podik, our Head of HR, to build and refine HR processes that support our operations.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and improve HR processes for the operations direction of the company.
  • Launch HR initiatives with measurable impacts on business and team development.
  • Drive change during periods of active scaling and growth.
  • Build and optimize talent management processes in the operations team and collaborate with remote specialists.
  • Support and develop leadership through coaching and regular one-on-one meetings with managers.
  • Make data-driven decisions based on HR analytics and research.
  • Design and implement HR initiatives that enhance engagement, effectiveness, and team collaboration.
  • Manage the Learning & Development direction: identify needs, implement training programs, and assess their effectiveness.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the HR field, with over a year in an HRBP role.
  • Experience in building HR processes from scratch and implementing them in rapidly growing teams.
  • Ability to optimize all stages of the employee lifecycle for various teams.
  • Implemented HR projects with significant impacts on business results and metrics.
  • Experience working with HR analytics to evaluate process effectiveness and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conducted HR surveys, analyzed results, and developed actions to improve engagement.
  • Ambition, proactivity, and a focus on results to initiate changes.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a tech startup environment.
