About the Role

We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Randstad USA. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in the United States. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in providing strategic HR support and services across various departments. You will be responsible for enhancing employee relations, managing compensation analysis, and driving organizational development initiatives.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to management and staff on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with federal and state laws.
  • Lead initiatives in workforce development, career pathways, and organizational design.
  • Facilitate training sessions and presentations to communicate HR policies and initiatives effectively.
  • Conduct market analysis and equity reviews to ensure competitive compensation practices.
  • Manage recruitment processes and collaborate with Talent Acquisition Partners to develop effective hiring strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in a multidiscipline HR environment.
  • At least 2 years as an HR Generalist or Business Partner with a focus on employee relations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS tools such as PeopleSoft.
  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Nice to Have

  • Master's Degree or HR certification (PHR/SPHR).
  • Experience working in the healthcare sector, particularly with nursing staff.
  • Familiarity with organizational development and change management.
