About the Role

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer to join our team at CodeRabbit. This is a remote position focused on the EMEA region. As a Technical Support Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers maximize their experience with our AI-driven code review platform. You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and our customers, who are innovative software engineers.

What You'll Do

  • Work directly with customers to troubleshoot, debug, reproduce, and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Educate customers on the best product usage, ensuring they maximize the value out of our AI-powered tools.
  • Set up Zoom calls with customers to resolve issues and improve their experience.
  • Support the customer success and sales teams on sales, retention, and expansion motions.
  • Collaborate with developers to identify defects and opportunities for product improvement.
  • Test new features and develop tools to enhance our deployments and auto-support infrastructure.
  • Analyze our existing customer base to minimize risks and enhance serviceability.
  • Contribute to internal and external knowledge bases and drive continuous improvement in our processes.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in technical support or a customer-facing technical role.
  • Excellent communication skills with business fluency in spoken and written English.
  • A passion for delivering a high-quality customer experience.
  • Experience with modern ticketing and customer support systems.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to debug complex technical issues.

Nice to Have

  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language.
  • Experience with code review processes and tools.
  • Familiarity with observability, RCA, and debugging practices.
  • Strong understanding of modern software development practices and version control systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field.
