Senior Growth Manager - Remote Opportunity

About the Role

We're hiring a Senior Growth Manager to join Ruby Labs, a leading tech company focused on innovative consumer products. This Senior Growth Manager remote position is pivotal in driving top-of-funnel growth through effective funnel optimization and data-driven strategies.

What You'll Do

• Define and implement hypotheses to improve conversion rates (CR) and lifetime value (LTV) within the web funnel.
• Dive deep into data regarding competitive environments and user behavior to propose strategies that enhance customer acquisition efficiency.
• Run a robust testing roadmap to ensure continuous improvement in the web funnel, meeting and exceeding quarterly KPIs.
• Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and other key stakeholders to execute optimization strategies seamlessly.
• Assist the Engineering team in leading agile software development ceremonies, including daily standups and retrospectives.
• Take full ownership of the growth process, from hypothesis creation to final implementation and evaluation.
• Work closely with the User Acquisition (UA) team to optimize the entire user flow from interaction to payment.
• Understand user pain points and behaviors to determine effective strategies for product sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience with web funnel optimization in a B2C environment.
• 4+ years of growth product management experience, specifically in B2C subscription models.
• Ability to define, run, and analyze A/B tests for web-based funnels.
• Experience leading growth initiatives focused on improving CR, LTV, and other performance metrics.
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple growth initiatives and meet strict quarterly KPIs.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a user-first mindset.
• Familiarity with agile software development ceremonies is a plus.
