About the Role

We are hiring a Senior Golang Developer to join our innovative team at Crypto.com. In this remote position, you will design, develop, maintain, and improve software for various projects adjacent to our core businesses. You will be actively involved in creating scalable applications, from frontend UI to backend infrastructure.

What You'll Do

• Develop backend services and operations, including proposing architectural decisions and participating in design reviews.
• Identify and implement solutions for complex problems within large-scale backend infrastructure.
• Provide technical operational support to resolve customer issues.
• Drive improvements within the technology stack for long-term engineering initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to juggle requirements and ensure project success.

Requirements

• Proficiency in Golang, with experience in Postgres, Redis, and Kafka preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with architectural designs, security, and performance optimization in high-traffic settings.
• Understanding of Fintech, Sports, or Prediction markets is an advantage.
• 5+ years of experience in software development, particularly with backend systems.

Nice to Have

• Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, etc.).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
