Senior Global Product Line Manager - Industrial Pumps for Data Centers
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Global Product Line Manager to lead our Industrial Pumps product line for Data Center applications. This remote position offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a significant impact in the industry. You will be responsible for driving product strategy and execution, focusing on Coolant Distribution Units (CDUs) and other data center liquid cooling systems.
What You'll Do
- Own and direct the overall product line strategy for Industrial Pumps, specifically targeting data center applications.
- Deliver revenue growth by creating a comprehensive product portfolio with clear value propositions.
- Conduct Voice of Customer (VOC) interviews to understand future technology needs within the data center ecosystem.
- Support the New Product Development process to ensure quality and cost objectives are met.
- Drive new product commercialization through the development of marketing materials and specifications.
- Manage the P&L for the product line, focusing on cost-down initiatives and pricing strategies.
- Support the preparation of effective quotations and bids for potential clients.
- Develop relationships to support pipeline development and inorganic growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, STEM, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product line management, marketing, or business development.
- Experience with mechanical or fluid products, particularly in the data center or pump technologies space.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to influence across multiple levels.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
- Ability to adapt quickly to changes and drive organizational momentum.

- Experience with printed circuit boards (PCB) and communication protocols like CAN and Modbus.
- Global work experience and perspective.
