Senior FX Sales Executive - Remote Role at Bitso

About the Role

We are hiring a Senior FX Sales Executive to join our dynamic team at Bitso. As a Senior FX Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth strategy and winning commercial deals in key markets. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while making a significant impact in the cryptocurrency industry.

What You'll Do

  • Engage with potential customers, understand their pain points, and effectively communicate our unique selling propositions (USP) to win new business.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to identify potential customers and provide structured feedback on generated leads.
  • Identify customer pain points and formulate targeted commercial offers to address their specific needs.
  • Manage the 360 sales cycle, from opening to closing new business deals.
  • Document, track, and analyze the sales pipeline using Hubspot CRM to ensure a robust and well-managed sales process.
  • Maintain, refresh, and expand the sales funnel, working closely with Sales Ops to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to Senior Management.
  • Collaborate with various functions (e.g., KYC, Legal, Product) to facilitate a smooth customer onboarding process, ensuring a successful transition to production.
  • Work closely with the Account Manager during onboarding to ensure revenue targets are achieved and customers have an exceptional experience.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in a sales position, with at least 3 years selling cross-border payment solutions, FX, or remittances.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for a full suite of Forex products (e.g., spot, forwards, options, cross-currency swaps) for institutional and corporate clients.
  • Strong understanding of commercial strategy and pre-sales support.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Hubspot.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams for seamless customer onboarding.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the cryptocurrency or financial technology sector.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance in the crypto space.
  • Proficiency in additional languages.
