About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Conduct comprehensive financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Develop financial models to evaluate business performance and inform strategic planning.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data and provide actionable insights.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management.
• Utilize tools such as QuickBooks and NetSuite for effective financial management.
• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Mentor junior analysts and contribute to team development.
• Work entirely from home, utilizing a flexible work schedule.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst, with a focus on financial modeling and analysis.
• Proficiency in financial software, including QuickBooks and NetSuite.
• Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in healthcare finance or nonprofit accounting is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong understanding of FP&A processes and SaaS metrics.
