About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Finance Business Partner - Remote to join our dynamic team. What You'll Do

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with various departments to drive financial performance and profitability analysis.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business opportunities and risks.
• Support the month-end close process and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Finance Business Partner or similar role.
• Strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Experience in the FinTech industry is a plus.
