About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Electrical Design Engineer to join our innovative team at BEUMER Group. This Senior Electrical Design Engineer remote position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in the field of BHS and Logistics Systems. You will be part of a project execution team, taking on electrical engineering tasks related to control cabinet planning and electrical design.

What You'll Do

  • Independently manage electrical engineering tasks, focusing on control cabinet planning and electrical installation.
  • Utilize ERP and CAD programs proficiently to create circuit diagrams and electrical layouts.
  • Plan and design electrical equipment, including cable routes and types for installations.
  • Develop technical project specifications and assist with project tenders.
  • Collaborate with the global Systems Engineering network to ensure project success.
  • Support the review of installation execution and acceptance in international environments.
  • Travel globally to support our international group companies on-site.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical engineering and design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and EPLAN.
  • Experience with SAP and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong methodological, tool, and process competence in electrical design.
  • Mechatronic understanding is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (Level B2).

Nice to Have

  • Experience in project management.
  • Knowledge of international electrical standards.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
