Senior Driver - Limousine Services (Remote)

About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Driver for Limousine Services to join our team at Galaxy Entertainment Group. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality transportation services in a professional and courteous manner. As a Senior Driver, you will ensure that guests experience safe, comfortable, and efficient travel, including transfers between Macau and Hong Kong, as well as local services.

What You'll Do

• Deliver exceptional guest service by warmly welcoming guests and ensuring a positive first impression.
• Utilize Asian Heart standards to interact with guests, maintaining eye contact, smiling, and using proper gestures.
• Assist guests with luggage and provide necessary support throughout their journey.
• Ensure the safe operation of the limousine, strictly adhering to traffic regulations and speed limits.
• Regularly inspect vehicle conditions to ensure cleanliness and functionality.
• Plan driving routes effectively to guarantee timely arrivals at destinations.
• Maintain a high level of personal grooming and professional image, adhering to company policies.
• Continuously update knowledge of local traffic laws and respond appropriately to emergencies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• At least 5 years of professional driving experience, with a minimum of 6 hours of actual driving per day.
• Possession of a Macau light vehicle driving license (Category B) and medium/large passenger vehicle license (Category D1 or D2).
• Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with local roads, driving routes, and traffic conditions.
• Ability to use a smartphone for receiving instructions and managing dispatch information.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and basic English for communication.
• Attention to detail with the ability to anticipate and understand guest needs.
