Senior Director of Marketing Operations - Remote
About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing Operations to join Fleetio, a leading software platform in the transportation technology sector. This Senior Director of Marketing Operations remote position offers the opportunity to shape the future of our marketing strategy as we scale beyond 100M ARR. You will play a pivotal role in transforming Marketing Operations from reactive support to a proactive, insight-driven engine that powers predictable growth.
What You'll Do
- Develop and own a comprehensive Marketing Operations roadmap aligned with Marketing OKRs and GTM priorities.
- Drive quarterly planning and prioritization across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
- Architect a scalable demand engine that encompasses inbound, outbound, lifecycle, paid, partner, and expansion motions.
- Establish standardized executive dashboards and board-ready reporting across the entire funnel.
- Own end-to-end funnel analytics, including pipeline sourcing and multi-touch attribution.
- Identify and close conversion gaps across the funnel to enhance performance.
- Optimize the Marketo ↔ Salesforce architecture for clean lifecycle management and data synchronization.
- Lead the attribution strategy and establish rigorous campaign taxonomy standards.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or GTM Operations with a focus on demand generation.
- Proven track record of scaling a B2B SaaS company from 100M ARR to 300M+ ARR.
- Deep expertise in optimizing Marketo ↔ Salesforce frameworks and lead routing.
- Strong command of funnel analytics and multi-touch attribution.
- Experience partnering with data teams on analytics and BI.
- Demonstrated ability to elevate Marketing Operations into a strategic business partner.
- Experience influencing C-level stakeholders and driving adoption of new processes.
- Structured and commercially minded with a focus on proactive planning.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms and real-time engagement tools.
- Experience in community service or professional development initiatives.
- Knowledge of SaaS unit economics including CAC, LTV, and pipeline efficiency.
