Lead Brand Designer - Remote Opportunity at Procurify

About the Role

We are seeking a visionary Lead Brand Designer to join Procurify, an AI-enhanced procurement and accounts payable automation platform designed for mid-market organizations. This Lead Brand Designer remote position offers a unique opportunity to redefine our design narrative and elevate our brand's presence in the market.

What You'll Do

• Define and steward the company’s design vision across product and brand in partnership with the Product team.
• Develop and evolve design systems, style guides, and brand standards to ensure consistency and scalability across all experiences.
• Translate business and product goals into actionable design strategies that drive measurable impact.
• Own end-to-end design across marketing, product touchpoints, and customer communications, ensuring a cohesive experience.
• Mentor and provide feedback to the Senior Brand Designer and other team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Manage external design partners and establish workflows that support scalability and efficiency.
• Champion design excellence, accessibility, and user-centered thinking across the organization.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance design processes and improve efficiency without compromising quality.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of progressive design experience, including at least 2 years in a senior or lead role.
• Experience designing within a B2B technology or SaaS environment, preferably with mid-market experience.
• Strong expertise in UI/UX design and brand/visual communication.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and emerging AI-powered design tools.
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to present and defend design concepts to senior stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience mentoring designers and collaborating with contractors or external partners.
• Deep understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and modern web/mobile best practices.
