About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Lalamove. This remote opportunity allows you to lead integrated marketing campaigns that promote our innovative services. As an Assistant Marketing Manager, you will report directly to the Marketing Manager and play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategies.

What You'll Do

• Conduct market insights to identify relevant use cases and pain points, integrating them into campaign planning.
• Oversee both digital and traditional channels to develop integrated marketing campaigns that effectively utilize various platforms.
• Lead the Content and Creatives teams to produce comprehensive marketing materials that align with campaign objectives.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all marketing content, adhering to our unified voice and brand persona.
• Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and report on campaign effectiveness.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with business objectives.
• Document and maintain up-to-date processes for all department/unit activities.

Requirements

• A relevant degree in Marketing Management, Advertising, or Business Management.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Marketing Communications, Campaign Planning, or Integrated Marketing roles.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
