Product Marketing Manager - B2B SaaS Identity Solutions

About the Role

We're hiring a Product Marketing Manager to join our innovative team at 1Kosmos. In this Product Marketing Manager remote role, you will drive product launches and internal go-to-market enablement programs while collaborating across departments to effectively bring our identity solutions to market.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that highlight the benefits of our passwordless authentication and identity verification solutions.
• Collaborate with product management, sales, and executive leadership to ensure alignment on messaging and product positioning.
• Create educational content and collateral tailored to diverse audience personas and industry verticals.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product strategy and pricing.
• Produce compelling content for sales collateral, solution briefs, and demand generation campaigns.
• Measure performance metrics and gather feedback to continuously improve marketing initiatives.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure cohesive go-to-market execution.
• Iterate on messaging themes around passwordless authentication and identity management.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience in solution marketing, particularly in B2B enterprise solutions.
• Strong background in B2B SaaS, especially in identity, cybersecurity, or compliance.
• Proven ability to develop and refine product messaging tailored to various audiences.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical aptitude to engage with product teams and translate complex concepts into customer value.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in hypothesis testing and analytics.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
