Senior Designer - Private Clients & Residential Trade (Remote)

About the Role

We are looking for a talented Senior Designer - Private Clients & Residential Trade (Remote) to join our dynamic team at Reform. In this role, you will collaborate with leading architects and designers to create modern spaces and push the boundaries of our industry. You will work closely with our clients in our Berlin showroom and online, providing exceptional service and tailored solutions.

What You'll Do

• Guide both private and commercial clients through the entire purchasing process in the showroom and online.
• Understand client needs and design customized kitchens and storage solutions.
• Conduct consultations, present design proposals, and make adjustments based on client feedback.
• Acquire new clients and engage existing trade partners to build a solid sales pipeline.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, contributing to the company's growth.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the planning and sales process, ensuring high client satisfaction and repeat orders.

Requirements

• Proven sales success, ideally in the design, architecture, furniture, or interior design industry.
• A network of architects and designers that adds immediate value.
• Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Strong knowledge of kitchen and cabinet design principles, materials, and finishes, with proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, or 3CAD.
• Formal training in kitchen planning, interior design, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a high level of empathy and the ability to build relationships and close sales.
• Quick learner with strong self-organization skills and a reliable, meticulous work ethic.
• Ability to effectively manage time to achieve sales goals while being a successful part of a collaborative team.
