As a Senior Designer, you will be instrumental in evolving our brand identity and enhancing our digital presence. What You'll Do

• Lead the evolution of BlueConic's brand identity, ensuring it reflects our ambition and innovation.
• Develop scalable creative systems and workflows that integrate AI experimentation into the design process.
• Own the design and development of our Webflow site, optimizing it for performance and conversion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling visual storytelling across all marketing channels.
• Implement rapid creative experimentation cycles, using data to inform design decisions and improve outcomes.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in brand and digital design, particularly in B2B SaaS or growth-stage companies.
• Strong proficiency in Webflow design and development, including responsive page creation and performance optimization.
• Experience using AI tools to enhance creative output and scalability.
• Portfolio showcasing high-quality execution across web, campaigns, and brand systems.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with detailed craft in design execution.

• Experience in performance marketing and conversion-focused design.
• Familiarity with modern SaaS visual systems and digital-first brand execution.
