Investor Relations Manager - Remote Position at Kraken

About the Role

We're hiring an Investor Relations Manager to join our dynamic team at Kraken, a fully remote company dedicated to building the future of crypto. In this role, you'll help shape our investor relations strategy and engage with institutional investors, analysts, and investment banks. As an Investor Relations Manager remote, you'll play a crucial role in communicating Kraken's financial performance and strategic vision.

What You'll Do

• Support the development and execution of Kraken’s investor relations strategy aligned with growth objectives and public-market readiness.
• Act as a key point of contact for the investment community, including institutional investors, analysts, and investment banks.
• Partner closely with the CFO and finance team to craft and deliver financial messaging, earnings materials, investor presentations, and analyst day content.
• Lead preparation of core investor communications: quarterly earnings materials, annual reports, press releases, and disclosure documents.
• Monitor market trends, peer performance, analyst models, investor sentiment, and shareholder base composition.
• Build and maintain investor databases, targeting frameworks, engagement tracking systems, and analytics dashboards.
• Support proactive investor outreach efforts including conferences, roadshows, and one-on-one meetings.
• Ensure consistency and accuracy of disclosures in alignment with SEC and stock-exchange requirements.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, corporate finance, or capital markets.
• Strong understanding of equity capital markets, shareholder dynamics, and public-market mechanics.
• Solid financial acumen with fluency in financial statements and KPIs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with analysts, investors, and capital markets participants.
• Professional presence supporting high-visibility forums such as earnings calls and investor conferences.
• Working knowledge of regulatory disclosure requirements and IR best practices.

Nice to Have

• Prior experience supporting an IPO process or transitioning a private company to the public markets.
• Experience in and/or passion for crypto.
