What You'll Do

  • Lead sourcing and outreach efforts for design roles using various recruiting platforms and creative communities.
  • Build and maintain diverse, high-quality design talent pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Identify and engage passive candidates through personalized outreach that reflects Brex's brand.
  • Support the evaluation of design portfolios, focusing on craft quality and user-centered design approaches.
  • Collaborate closely with recruiters and design leaders to calibrate candidate profiles and pipeline priorities.
  • Track sourcing metrics to optimize strategy and maintain organized candidate data in recruiting systems.
  • Contribute to employer branding efforts within the design community through social engagement and event participation.
  • Support continuous improvement of sourcing processes and inclusive hiring practices.

Requirements

  • Proven experience sourcing or recruiting for design roles, including Product Design and Brand Design.
  • Strong experience with AI tools and expertise across platforms such as LinkedIn.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for personalized candidate engagement.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze sourcing performance and improve strategy.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in talent sourcing.
  • Ability to manage multiple pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
